विषय - स्वातंत्र्याचा अमृतमहोत्सव अंतर्गत "हर घर तिरंगा" या उपक्रमाच्या अंमलबजावणीबाबत.

उपरोक्त विषयान्वये स्वातंत्र्याचा अमृतमहोत्सव अंतर्गत "हर घर तिरंगा" या उपक्रमाची अंमलबजावणी सन २०२२-२३ मध्ये अतिशय यशस्वी प्रकारे करण्यात आली होती. अनेक कोटी लोकांनी आपल्या स्वतःच्या घरावर तिरंगा झेंडा फडकाविला होता. तसेच ६ कोटी लोकांनी दिलेल्या वेबसाईटवर सेल्फी वुईथ तिरंगा अपलोड केले होते.

त्याचप्रमाणे याही वर्षी म्हणजेच दि. १३/०८/२०२३ ते दि. १५/०८/२०२३ या कालावधीत राज्यातील प्रत्येक नागरिकाच्या घरावर तसेच सर्व शासकीय, निमशासकीय, खाजगी आस्थापना, सहकारी संस्था यांच्या कार्यालयांवर राष्ट्रध्वजाची उभारणी करण्याबाबतचा कार्यक्रम यशस्वीपणे राबवायचा आहे.

सदर उपक्रमाचे उद्देश स्वातंत्र्याचा लढा आणि स्वातंत्र्योत्तर काळात देशाने गाठलेले प्रगतीचे टप्पे याबाबत नागरिकांमध्ये जागरूकता निर्माण करणे, देशभक्तीची भावना निर्माण करणे, आणि भारत देश घडविणाऱ्या महान व्यक्तींची आठवण करणे असे आहेत.सबब त्या अनुषंगाने आवश्यक ती कार्यवाही करण्याबाबत आणि हा उपक्रम कार्यान्वित करण्याबाबत आपल्या कार्यक्षेत्रातील सर्व क्षेत्रीय अधिकारी, सर्व शाळांचे मुख्याध्यापक यांना उपरोक्त प्राचार्य, जिल्हा शिक्षण व प्रशिक्षण संस्था आणि शिक्षण अधिकारी यांनी आपल्या स्तरावरून सूचित करावे. तसेच जास्तीत जास्त नागरिकांनी सदर उपक्रमात सहभागी होऊन व्हिडीओ समाज माध्यमांवर शेअर करावेत, याकरिता जिल्ह्यातील नोडल अधिकारी यांनी प्रयत्न करणेबाबत प्राचार्यानी सूचित करावे.तसेच जिल्ह्यातील कला व क्रीडा विभागाचे नोडल अधिकारी यांनी सदर कार्यक्रमाचा अहवाल विभागाने

Madam/Sir,

As you are aware 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' (AKAM) is being celebrated to commemorate

the 75 glorious years of a progressive Independent India. Under the aegis of AKAM, a campaign "Har Ghar Tiranga" will be celebrated from 13th to 15th August 2023 to encourage the citizens to hoist the National Flag of India in their homes. For reference, salient features of the Flag Code of India, 2002 including changes made therein on 30th December, 2021 & 20th July, 2022 is attached as Annexure-A, and FAQs about the use/ display of the Indian National Flag are also

enclosed as Annexure- B.

It is requested to disseminate this information to all the Kendriya Vidyalayas under the

Region to encourage the teachers/ staff members/ students/ parents and community at large to hoist the National Flag of India in their homes from 13-15 August 2023.

Further, It is also requested to give wide publicity to this campaign through websites.
